Al Masaood Automobiles, the exclusive distributor of Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region, recently clinched the Nissan Dealer Standard Quality Awards for the fiscal year 2020. The company won after passing the extensive audits conducted by Nissan Middle East (NMEF) across key criteria such as facility and standards; training and people; business and processes; and overall general management. Following the audits, the company’s various facilities received recognitions in different categories for meeting the set standards.
Across the multiple Nissan facilities in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, the Al Ain Showroom team emerged as top performers as they achieved the Gold category in this extensive evaluation. The Sales teams of Khalidiya and Najda showrooms achieved Silver category; while the Sales team of Mussafah showroom acquired the Bronze. The company’s service centres in Al Ain, Mussafah and Airport Road were honoured in the Silver category as well.
Al Masaood Automobiles was also cited for recording an outstanding aftersales performance and significant sales volume increase, successfully tapping into new market segments, and providing its signature touch of excellence in customer satisfaction.
