Al Masaood Group, a privately held and highly diversified Group whose companies and partnerships span activities and expertise in 18 different market segments, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) with objectives of hiring young freelancers who will work from home within the Al Masaood workforce.

This collaboration proves that Al Masaood’s doors are always open to this country’s young professionals, giving them the advantage of further improving and enhancing their skills and talents. Al Masaood has always been keen in taking the lead in the creation of fully-fledged Emiratisation programs covering various initiatives and programs in support of the government's efforts to empower the local youth. These programs help local talents to bring their industry skills and knowledge to the next level.

The newly-formed partnership is part of the various initiatives that the Group had rolled out to empower young Emiratis. Starting with the Al Masaood comprehensive training program, which aims to support and assist Emiratis in their pursuit of job opportunities in the fields of automotive, industrial, construction, and real estate. In addition to the Internship program that aimed to enhance the capabilities of university students and fresh graduates, thereby equipping them with the right competencies needed for their employment.

Al Masaood Group stated that the development of Emiratis is vital to achieving the UAE’s ambitious goals and that the Group strongly upholds its commitment to support the growth and enhancement of the nation. This MoU cements Al Masaood’s status as a Gold partner for MOHRE and is a solid stride towards its goal of attaining the Platinum status.
