Responding to high customer demand, Al Masaood Automobiles, the exclusive distributor for Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western region, has announced that it is expanding the scope of its ‘Al Masaood Confidence’ programme to include the owners of certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicles.

‘Al Masaood Confidence’ was launched initially for new car buyers, giving them the option to ask for a replacement of their vehicles if unsatisfied with their purchase. The programme provides a 15-day satisfaction guarantee, which means that a customer can select another car of their choice as a replacement within 15 days from the date of purchase.  

The company has now extended the same guarantee to buyers of CPO models. Within the set timeframe, Al Masaood Automobiles’ customers can avail themselves of the programme to replace their units with another pre-owned vehicle. For Nissan buyers, they can benefit as well from the company’s ‘Nissan Intelligent Choice’ fleet of CPO vehicles, the first manufacturer-backed warranty for CPO in the region.

Apart from vehicle replacements, customers can also enjoy a host of other benefits under ‘Al Masaood Confidence’ such as roadside assistance services and an exclusive employment payment protection plan.

An added option, the employment protection plan is an innovative solution designed to protect customers from unexpected events and anticipate their requirements post-pandemic. This insurance coverage assures them that their monthly instalments will be paid for up to four months in case they were made redundant by their employers.

All CPO vehicles sold under the ‘Al Masaood Confidence’ programme pass stringent quality checks and technical tests, with a seven-year warranty or 30,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, to guarantee buyer confidence.
