For the 22nd consecutive year, Al Masaood will be participating in Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition Conference (ADIPEC). This year’s participation will be bigger and stronger as Al Masaood will be showcasing four of its divisions and representing 13 principle brands. Held in Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from the 15th – 18th of November, the event is hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).

Al Masaood Projects & Engineering Services Division (PESD), Bergum, Power, and Commercial Vehicle & Equipment (CV&E), all part of the Al Masaood Group, will be participating in the exhibition.

Stands 3430 and 3530, located in Hall 3 of ADNEC, will display the portfolios and products of Al Masaood’s international partner brands. These include Man Energy Solutions, Volvo Penta, UD Trucks, Renault Trucks, Nidec Leroy-Somer, KSB, TCM, UniCarriers, 4IR, QuartzElec, OSHKOSH, BBVTech, and MTU a Rolls-Royce solution.

Hani El Tannir, Group Head of Commercial, Al Masaood Group, said: “At Al Masaood, we consider ADIPEC as a global platform that allows us to showcase our technological innovations and services. It is an ideal venue to highlight our increasing business line in relation to the energy industry and our future strategy to strengthen our energy divisions. This year, sustainability is one of the main themes of our participation. At the exhibition, we will emphasize on our projects and solutions concerning carbon capture and biofuels, as well as highlighting other aspects of our services such as engineering and manufacturing modular solutions.

“Throughout the event, the group will highlight not only its expertise as a provider of modern solutions but also its role as an active partner of the energy sector and discuss our comprehensive strategies to contribute to the overall development of Abu Dhabi and the UAE,” El Tannir added.

In line with the UAE Energy Strategy 2050, Al Masaood has been promoting the use of the latest diesel engine technology, which is fuel efficient with minimal maintenance and low operating costs. The group also supports the enhancements on hybrid and battery systems to not only ensure power supply stability, but also lower carbon emissions and increase operating efficiencies.

Smart microgrid solutions are another focal point. Microgrids are decentralized energy systems that are composed of renewable power generation, power storage, and conventional power generation. Furthermore, the conglomerate holds the distinction of introducing to the UAE market the first-of-its-kind locally produced mobile Electric Power Generator solution with MTU diesel Genset. Used for emergencies, it can contribute to the country’s energy strategy as well.
