Reaching the Goal: Performance Management in Action

Our management team and I took part in a focused Performance Management Workshop titled "Reaching the Goal!" — organised with the support of our Learning and Development team, and led by Chantal, a seasoned L&D and HR expert with over two decades of experience in Performance Managment leadership.
The session reinforced the importance of performance management as a continuous, strategic process, aligning individual goals with our broader organizational mission and vision. We explored the full performance cycle, emphasizing clear expectations, accountability, and motivating feedback.
