Al Masaood Projects and Engineering Services Division (PESD) has entered a new strategic partnership with X-Cooling GmbH, a German specialist in high efficiency and sustainable cooling technologies. The collaboration brings X-Cooling’s engineering solutions together with Al Masaood’s market presence, client network, and delivery capability on complex infrastructure projects.

Both teams visited Tabreed’s facilities in Abu Dhabi to conduct a detailed inspection of district cooling towers and systems. The engagement provided practical insight into performance and potential applications of X-Cooling technology in the local environment. Following the visit, Tabreed expressed interest in the X-Cooling and Al Masaood partnership, recognising its potential to deliver advanced, sustainable solutions to the UAE’s district cooling sector.

As a result, the partnership was added to Tabreed’s official list of approved bidders, providing the opportunity for potential involvement in upcoming projects. The collaboration reflects PESD’s commitment to advancing sustainable cooling solutions in the UAE, while strengthening Al Masaood’s regional position and enabling future collaboration with global industry leaders.
