On behalf of Nissan Middle East (NMEF), Al Masaood Automobiles' (AMA's) management recognised members of the AMA Nissan Sales and Aftersales team members with the 'Customer Quality' Awards, for their dedication to delivering delightful customer experiences.
The Customer Quality 'CQ' award serves as a token of appreciation, recognising the outstanding performance of employees who excelled in both the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) during Q3 and Q4 of Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22). In the presence of Al Masaood Automobiles' Senior Management: Harmeet Singh, After Sales Director, and Samuel Blackburn, General Manager – Nissan, we handed over Certificates of Appreciation to all the awardees.
