Introducing Al Masaood Automobiles’ TeleSales Team

Following our efforts to elevate AMA’s customer experience, the Aftersales Department introduced a Telesales Team. The Telesales team actively connects with customers through outbound calls to help build better rapport and stronger relationships. The team engages with potential and existing customers to promote our brands and market our latest products and service offers. They also assist customers in regular service bookings and appointment setting. They call customers for appointment reminders as well.
Another key focus area for the team is to revive dormant or lost customers through tailor-made promotional campaigns. The team is currently working closely with the marketing team and the Aftersales teams of Nissan, Renault, and INFINITI as well AutoCentral. The past two quarters of 2022 has seen an improvement in businesses due to the support of this new function.
