High-Profile Trainee Visit to Al Masaood Automobiles

Al Masaood Automobiles recently welcomed a high-profile trainee delegation to its Al Ain facilities, underscoring our commitment to innovation, service excellence, and developing the next generation of automotive professionals.
The delegation’s first stop was the Service Centre, where they received an induction covering Al Masaood’s legacy, customer-centric approach, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards. Trainees then explored the Service Reception, gaining insights into the Nissan Intelligent Service process and observing how we deliver tailored customer experiences. A deep dive into the workshop gave them hands-on exposure to diagnostics, technician workflows, and quality control protocols.
The visit was then extended to the showroom, where they explored Nissan’s latest models while learning about AMA’s structured sales approach and customer engagement strategies. The experience concluded with a behind-the-scenes tour of our parts, logistics, and inventory systems, providing a full picture of how each department contributes to the seamless customer journey we offer here at AMA.
