AI is no longer ‘just a hype’. It’s has become a practical and powerful working tool that is reshaping how we communicate, create, and make decisions across every industry, including ours.
Just after the Eid break, Al Masaood colleagues from across the Group came together for a two-day AI Workshop held at Fairmont Abu Dhabi, initiated and led by the Group Marketing & Corporate Communications team, and Group L&D.
The sessions were designed to be practical and high impact, bridging curiosity with real workplace application. From transforming lengthy documents into engaging presentations, podcasts to generating simple graphics and video contents, participants explored how generative AI platforms can turn complexity into clarity.
This wasn’t about replacing human creativity. It was about unlocking its next level. The workshop helped the teams to understand how to use AI to write better, present faster, and think more creatively. For our teams, these tools offer a way to deliver value by focusing on insight rather than repetition.
What truly stood out was the energy in the room. The culture of curiosity, bold experimentation, and shared interest in doing things smarter. That is the shift we need.
As we continue to explore a digitally-driven future, it’s clear to believe that AI won’t take over our jobs but it will reshape how we do them. And the more we understand and adopt it, the more we position ourselves to lead with impact, innovation, and efficiency.
