Marking a new milestone in our journey, Al Masaood Automobiles’ Parts team recently gathered our key Independent Repair Facility (IRF) partners to celebrate the success of the Q1 2025 IRF Elite Program. More than just a recognition event, the ceremony highlighted the tangible results of a deeper partnership model focused on customer excellence, operational agility, and sustainable business growth.
Over the past several months, the IRF Elite Program has not just been about driving sales. It has been about building trust, raising service standards, and creating a network of motivated, customer-centric businesses. Today, that network is stronger than ever.
In Q1 2025 alone, the program achieved 119% of its sales target, representing a 64.8% growth over the same period last year. We also saw the addition of 27 new customers across the Silver and Bronze tiers, significantly expanding market coverage. More importantly, through this program, we have reinforced our direct engagement with IRFs, thus enabling quicker product availability and enhanced service speed, to better serve our end customers.
The event honoured the top six performing IRFs, with the first-place winner receiving a brand-new Nissan Sunny, in recognition of the substantial efforts invested in supporting the program. Other top performers were awarded valuable prizes, including a laptop and mobile devices, while several participants also received performance-based rebates as part of the program’s broader reward structure.
