Al Masaood Bergum has launched the QHSE Excellence Program. An internal initiative driven by our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Department. The program aims to build a stronger culture of responsibility and consistency across our operations by recognising team members who actively uphold and improve our workplace standards.

Each month, employees from our factory teams will be acknowledged for actions that directly contribute to safer, cleaner, and more efficient working environments. This includes everything from following protocols to taking initiatives in solving on-site challenges.

Through regular recognition, the program helps set a clear direction for how we work together. It encourages all of us to take pride in the details and raise the bar for what we expect from ourselves and each other.
