Al Masaood Automobiles Service Advisors Complete 'The Sales Samurai' Training

Following our efforts to enhance the skills of our employees and better serve our customers, the Service Advisors at Al Masaood Automobiles underwent a training program titled 'The Sales Samurai'. The training programme placed an emphasis on sales agility, customer experience, and employee experience. Split into two batches, a total of 27 Service Advisors attended the training sessions.
Through these sessions, we aim to train our team members on skills that will enable them to deliver industry-leading customer service while expanding sales opportunities and attracting potential customers. This in turn allows the team to better understand the needs of both customers and management, as well as incorporate department goals and KPIs in their daily activity and operations.
