Looking at our performance this year, our 2023 sales have surpassed the heights of our best records in 2017, demonstrating the vibrancy of our market. Also, our combined AMA brands achieved the largest market share to date, in a clear testament to our commitment to growth.
In the realm of Customer Centricity, we engaged with over 30,000 customers, discovering that AMA's customers satisfaction rates are among industry-leading scores. We benchmarked ourselves against service-driven sectors like travel and hospitality, showing how we took our Corporate Value of Being Obsessed with Delighting our Customers' to heart.
Together, we also celebrated the official winning of our two new prestigious awards, the Nissan Global Aftersales Award and the first ever INFINITI Global Award.
But in our ongoing quest, we also want to focus on the third pillar of Falcon 2.0, the pillar of Innovation and our Corporate Value to 'Make Innovation our Game'.
We were also very pleased to welcome, during our event, our special guest and best-selling author; Sophie Devonshire, who has written multiple books on leadership and how to Lead at Speed.
