Al Masaood Automobiles Hosts High Profile Nissan Delegation for Gemba Review

Al Masaood Automobiles recently welcomed Coralie Musy, VP Customer Experience, Brand & Marketing, Christopher De Beaumont, Director CX, and Anne-Flore Betbeder Director Brand & Media from the Nissan AMIEO Office, along with senior management members of Nissan Middle East, to the Nissan Showroom in Khalidiya. The purpose of the visit was to share insights into the performance and achievements of Nissan Abu Dhabi, as well as shed light on their best practices over the past period in the areas of Customer Experience, Marketing, and Communication.
During the visit, the AMIEO team performed a Gemba review of AMA’s operations and its synergies with Nissan. The topics discussed included AMA’s digital transformation, the over-arching customer experience strategy that is being implemented, and the effective communication models and channels that the team is employing.
Gemba is a Japanese continuous improvement concept that was developed to enhance processes and reduce waste. Implementing Gemba principles within workplaces has proven to be beneficial for organisations across various sectors.
It was a pleasure to host the AMIEO team to our showroom as we are always committed to building strong synergies with Nissan on a regional and global level.
