Al Masaood Automobiles has once again been recognized for our commitment to our principles as we scooped the “Voice of Customer” award for the second half of 2018 at our newly done concept R-store in Airport Road, Abu Dhabi. Presented by Mark Carson, Director of Renault Middle East Customer Service, and in the presence of Gareth Cummings, Renault Middle East Quality Manager; the award was accepted by Kyle Gilliam, Sales and Marketing Director, and V Fredrick Leons, Renault General Manager.
The prestigious title is given to the dealer that has implemented innovative work effectively and efficiently to enhance customer experience; reflecting the strong emphasis we have placed in maintaining an excellent relationship with our partners, in line with our tradition and vision to embrace heritage and deliver excellence and innovation.
Al Masaood Automobiles has enjoyed a fruitful partnership with Renault since 2004 and we look ahead to the future with great anticipation. Last year, we won Renault’s “Best Sales Performance” for achieving the highest sales growth in 2017 as we sold 1129 units, an increase of 682 units than previous year. In a competitive automotive retail market, consistently delivering excellent customer satisfaction and developing a fantastic reputation is how we continue to increase our sales performance across our global car brands and ultimately maintain and build our clientele.
By embracing the values of Project Falcon, AMA is clearly moving towards a special and unique project in Abu Dhabi.
