PDI secure additional key positions to current contract

In April 2010, Power Developments International FZCO ("PDI") was awarded a major contract to supply professional services for the installation of two new Rolls Royce Gas Turbine Generators at an existing power plant located in Australasia. The client's initial scope was for PDI to provide expert professionals for the positions of Construction Manager and Projects Control Manager, which in June 2010 was further extended to include a Construction Superintendant.
With the completion date scheduled for May 2011, December 2010 saw PDI awarded the appointment to supply an additional expert for the position of Commissioning Manager. The additional appointment not only takes the compliment of staff to four but also required some organizational changes to the project team which now consists of Commissioning Manager, Construction Manager, Construction Superintendant, and Project Controls Manager. The appointment of these additional positions out with the original scope highlights the client's satisfaction of PDI's already highly regarded professionalism and expertise.
PDI's success on this contract has been further secured by their responsibilities being extended to supervise the construction of the 132KV switchyard outside of the original scope of constructing the Rolls Royce GTG plant.
