Nissan Patrol receives overwhelming response

Al Masaood Automobiles, the dealers of Nissan Motors in Abu Dhabi, said that the market response to its new Nissan Patrol is ‘overwhelming'.
"The sales began in the first week of April and since then, we have sold close to 370 units, against a target of 400 units a month," said Syed Hamayun Alam, the General Manager of Al Masaood Automobiles, at the launch of Sport Utility Vehicle's new model in Al Ain over the weekend.
Alam said that the Nissan Patrol has clicked in the market for its impeccable strengthen, endurance and might that is unmatchable in the market.
The makers of Nissan Patrol has given a sale target of 20,000 units in the Gulf, which he said was well within reach, with the overwhelming response from not only VVIPs, government departments, but corporate as well as private individuals.
The vehicle took almost five years of research and development and over $500 million in investment, has been designed to the needs of car enthusiasts in the region.
‘Nissan Patrol' what the Al Masaood Automobile general manager called as ‘Hero of All Terrain" will also lead the automobile sector's recovery.
Alam said that Nissan, the world third largest auto maker knows the market and its climate, that's why its engineers and designers have been thorough in crafting this new model.
"They have spent thousands of hours in the GCC, testing, simulating and fine-tuning to realise a breakthrough SUV for the region," Alam said
