Dubai, June 3rd, 2006 (WAM) - IDAMA Asset Management Holding LLC, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties, offering end-to-end facilities management solutions, has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification within 10 months of starting commercial operations in recognition of its pioneering role in delivering high quality services to its customers. Prior to awarding the ISO 9001:2000 certification, internationally accredited auditors visited Idama's offices to observe first hand its quality management systems. The auditors interviewed staff, reviewed documented procedures and records and observed real-time work processes. Over the next three years, annual audits will be conducted at Idama to ensure adherence to the certification.
